the location of the hostel was excellent. It was conveniently situated near key attractions and transportation hubs, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was generally nice, which was a relief. However, these positives were overshadowed by the lack of privacy, rude staff member, and limited number of toilets.
The curtains in the shower were see-through, offering zero privacy. And to make matters worse, there were no curtains in the bedroom, so passersby on the street could see right into our room.

The location of the hostel is excellent, with easy access to Gran Via and all the main sights. the staff are friendly and helpful. the beds are comfortable and each one has its own curtain for privacy. There are also two plug sockets at each bed. the security is top-notch, with fingerprint scanning to open the doors and lockers. Plus, they have all the World Cup matches playing on the TV in the common room. Cons: Everything was spot on! 👌.

As a solo traveler, I loved the privacy provided by the curtains on the bunk beds. The shared bathroom was decent and the staff were helpful. The hostel's central location was perfect for exploring Madrid, and they even have lockers to secure your belongings. Additionally, they allowed me to store my bag while I explored the city, which was really convenient.
Felt right at home, no complaints.

The value for money at Urban was great, and the room was clean and modern. The location was perfect, just a minute away from the main street, and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful.
The food for breakfast could have been better, maybe a wider variety of options.

This centrally located hostel near the beautiful Retiro park offers a warm welcome and friendly staff who take the time to chat. It's ideal for business guests with its convenient location and a "silence after 11" policy. The hostel provides a kitchen and dining area for budget travelers.

The shower room at Urban was a bit disappointing as the water drained very slowly and I had to be careful not to flood the whole bathroom. Despite this, the room was always clean and the staff was quick to respond to any issues. The WiFi was a bit unstable, but still usable. The room was a bit chilly, but luckily we were able to request a heater. The soundproofing was not the best, as I could clearly hear noises from outside and the door locker made a loud noise. However, the bunk beds were comfortable and provided some privacy.

The staff, especially Ana and Carmen, were super friendly, helpful, and had time for a chat. The hostel's location near Retiro park was mind-blowing. The warm welcome and "silence after 11" policy created a friendly and easy-going atmosphere. The kitchen and outdoor dining area were great for budget travelers. The curtains on the bunk beds kept my privacy, which was perfect for my business trip. The fingerprint reader on the room doors was a jaw-dropping, modern touch. Plus, the hostel was very clean and had all the amenities I needed, like wi-fi, an electric kettle, cookware.
